About Us Welcome to El Dorado Urgent Care Thank you for considering El Dorado Urgent Care for treatment of your acute healthcare needs. Your health is our priority. We are devoted to to the development of a clinic which provides rapid accurate evaluation and appropriate treatment for medical illnesses and physical injuries. El Dorado Urgent Care is locally owned and operated. Lane Tassin, MD, Dian Tassin, RN, Rick Everett, RN, and Linda Everett, RN have teamed together to fulfill their long-held goal of counteracting the negative conditions and barriers that have crept between people and their healthcare providers in recent years. They have developed a staff of experienced healthcare professionals and support staff to operate a clinic where people with acute medical injuries and illnesses can be evaluated and treated with competence and compassion. Over the recent past, we have all witnessed an amazing degree of change in many aspects of medical science and the delivery of health care. Some changes, such as technological advances in biochemistry and computer science, have had positive impacts on the ability to care for ill or injured individuals. Others, such as declining availability of primary care doctors and decreasing affordability of basic health insurance, have had progressively negative influences on the ability of people to arrange for preventative health care and treatment of their acute medical problems. We have all experienced frustrations with lack of availability of medical care, delays and long waiting times, unpleasant caregivers, poor communication and ever-rising expenses. El Dorado Urgent Care seeks to be part of the solution to those problems and takes pride in putting the needs of its patients first by combining the facility, staff, equipment and training necessary to provide the best care possible.
